Penny is one classy broad. Crafted from our new favourite fabric, the Cosmos tulle, Penny is the next evolution of our best-selling Arwyn Top. Featuring a high funnel neckline, bell sleeves, a back skirt slit for ease of movement and darts to cinch in the shape, she's an old fashioned gal with a twist!

Worn here with the Tabitha Mini Slip and the Cosmos Veil.
