Alma Dress | Cosmos Tulle

The Alma Dress is Honeymoon's first creation, and the crowd favourite, now reimagined in our newest fabric, the Cosmos tulle.

The tulle of this shell dress is embellished with floating Cosmos-style flowers, which are also hand sewn asymmetrically along the hem. It features a slightly dropped shoulder point, an exaggerated, gathered sleeve, scalloped hem, French seaming throughout and a centre back invisible zip

Please note that this tulle can take up to 5 months receive, and we would recommend allowing a 20 week minimum lead time. If you require this style sooner, please get in touch and we can source an alternative ready made tulle.

The Alma Dress comprises the shell dress only. It pairs perfectly layered with the Bobby Bandeau and the Column Skirt (both sold separately), or can be worn with a slip.

Fabrication

Base 100% Polyester Tulle with cotton poly blend Cosmos appliqué.

Made to order

All Honeymoon pieces are handmade in our Melbourne studio. We would recommend allowing a 20-week minimum lead time for this garment. If you require this style sooner, please get in touch at hello@honeymoonstudios.net and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Sizing

Please ensure your measurements are taken correctly by using our custom Sizing Chart to choose your size accordingly. If you are in between sizes we recommend taking the size up.

Length

Please refer to our Sizing Chart for the length of the Alma Dress. Due to the nature of this fabric, custom lengths can be accommodated. Please email hello@honeymoonstudios.net should you require any further assistance before placing your order.

Ruby wears a size 8 and her measurements are ~ height 182cm, chest 86cm, waist 66cm and hips 96cm.

A little maternity leave PSA

Honeymoon’s made-to-order chapter has officially come to an end, and we’ve now switched firmly into maternity leave mode.

Our online Sample Sale will remain open for shopping, however all order processing and dispatch is currently on pause until October. Orders placed throughout September will be safely tucked away and will begin processing once we return in October.

From October onwards, please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. We’re operating with very limited studio hours, so things will be moving a little slower than usual.

We are no longer accepting new made-to-order or custom orders, and our current collection will not be returning to production.

The only remaining Honeymoon pieces available to purchase are through our online Sample Sale — including studio samples, one-offs, archive pieces and discontinued favourites.

And this really is the last of it. Once a piece sells, there won’t be another one coming behind it.
